Important News!

This year, we took part in the "Fantastico for You" initiative with a project aimed at securing funding for the renovation of our ballet hall. Our project was selected among the approved proposals from a total of 369 applicants.

The finalists of the fourth edition of the competition were announced during a special ceremony held at Joy Station Club.

We were delighted to receive a beautiful trophy and a symbolic certificate voucher.

Competitive gymnasts competed for the championship titles in their respective age groups, while the ensembles and recreational groups performed exhibition routines. More than 120 girls aged 3 to 21 took part in the event.

The individual champions were:

  • Mini – Viktoria Georgieva
  • Children up to 11 years – Maria Gotseva

The “Athlete Role Model” award, established in memory of Dora Kalcheva, was presented to Alexandra Alexandrova – a gymnast and student of Kinesitherapy at the National Sports Academy, who continues to compete in Category A while pursuing her academic and athletic development.

Our young coach Viktoria Yordanova, who has been working exceptionally well with our 3- and 4-year-old gymnasts for many years, was also celebrated as a graduating senior.

Mila Yanakieva, now in her second year of studies at NATFA, once again took part in the competition.

Our athletes with Down syndrome performed two new routines as part of their preparation for the upcoming World Championship, which will take place in Sofia from June 15 to 17.

Alina Kolomiiets, a member of the Bulgarian National Women’s Ensemble, was able to join us and support her team.

Once again, as one big family of coaches, athletes, and parents, we prepared the hall together, gave our very best, and turned the day into a celebration of hard work, skill, and kindness for Levski-Triaditsa.

National Team Championship

From April 23 to 26, the National Team Championship was held in Sofia. Our club participated with 2 teams in children, 2 teams in pre-junior, 2 teams in junior, and one senior team.

The youngest competitors delivered the most convincing performance. They presented their routines with great enthusiasm and motivation. Despite some mistakes, their progress is clearly visible.

The junior competitors faced very strong competition. The pressure took its toll, and not all of them managed to show their true potential.

In the senior category, the participation of national team athletes largely determined the rankings. Our girls performed elegant routines, fully compliant with the regulations, and received well-deserved scores.

The club would like to express its gratitude to the youngest athletes and their parents, who supported them throughout the entire event.

Conclusions from the competition have been drawn, training plans have been updated, and everyone is now looking ahead to the upcoming State Championship in the Elite category “Julieta Shishmanova.”
